Founder & Director

Michael McCullagh founded McCullagh Property Group in 2024 following 15 years across all facets of real estate transactions. His career has spanned sales, auctions, leasing, management, business ownership, and corporate leadership across every commercial asset class.

Prior to establishing MPG, Michael served in the senior leadership team of Australia's largest real estate franchise organisation. He was first appointed as Head of Agency Operations for the commercial division nationally across more than 50 offices in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, and subsequently became Managing Director and equity partner of the network's top-performing commercial office internationally.

Under his leadership, the Brisbane-headquartered business grew to a team of 25+ professionals and was recognised as the number one performing commercial office within the network for consecutive years. He also led the development of a national training program implemented across Australia and New Zealand.

This depth of sell-side experience, understanding precisely how properties are sourced, marketed, priced, and negotiated, now forms the foundation of MPG's buy-side advisory, providing clients with an institutional-grade advantage in every acquisition.
